2.3 Reward Distribution: Rewards are processed within 12 hours of submission, subject to verification. We reserve the right to delay or withhold rewards if we suspect fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms. Rewards are credited to the provided exchange UID and are non-transferable . And the site has the controls to reject any rewards without any reason at any time.
2.4 Non-Withdrawable Rewards: Certain rewards, such as fee savers or promotional bonuses, may be non-withdrawable and can only be used to offset trading fees or engage with platform features. Specific reward terms will be detailed in event announcements.
